STAY @ HOME PROJECT SQUAD

Cute printable projects for kids (and big kids) to enjoy!

Right now, we're spending a lot more time at home with our families and life seems to have slowed down for a while. All our favourite places are closed, the kids are at home every day and we're making memories from the comfort of our living rooms instead of out in the world. So, to cheer us all up, and to give the kids (and big kids) something fun to focus on, I've created Stay @ Home Project Squad.

When I was a child, I used to spend most of my playing time creating menus, brochures, stickers, and signs so that I could play pretend
with my toys and my friends. I suppose that's where my love of graphic design started. And I LOVED collecting badges so much! So......

...Each week I'll upload a new project for you and your kids to print and play with. There'll be a little activity to complete, and some cute props to help bring the things we are currently missing back to life at home. They'll be themed differently every week and I hope they bring joy and fun to your family. And make sure you download the AWARDS SHEET first, as once you've completed each project you can cut out a little badge and stick it on and see your collection growing - because, let's face it, that's the BEST part of every great squad! Have fun!

Baking Project - WEEK 1

This is the first project,
full of baking fun.
Write out a recipe and enjoy
an afternoon of baking.

And because we can't pop out to a cafe, I've included some Open & Closed signs,
a menu template
and some price tags
so you can create
your own cafe
at home instead.

Great Outdoors Project - WEEK 2

Project 2 is all about appreciating the great outdoors from the indoors.
This week, design your own packet of seeds, decorate some flowers and
create the garden of your dreams,
all from the comfort of your own home.

You can even complete an eye spy scavenger hunt through your window and use the colourful stakes to plant seeds.
So stay home, enjoy your garden (if you have one), and bring the outdoors in!

Movie Night Project - WEEK 3

Let's enjoy a night at the movies....at HOME!

Print out a treat box to make and fill with popcorn and some cinema signs and tickets.

Once you've printed your props, just pop on your favourite film on and enjoy! Or why not try making your own movie - there's a storyboard section to help you get started!
